Step I
Gets you a one year membership on ancestry.com and the exciting journey of uncovering family history! As your research technician, I will do an initial dig into the past, recording everything I find in an online family tree, which you will have at your fingertips!
Your role is to give me as much information as you have available, and I will both enter it into an ancestry account for you, and research to find supporting and clarifying documents to add to your evidence. Once we schedule a start date, I will invest an initial twenty hours of research to build a framework of your family’s ancestry and dig back as far into history as that time allows me. Your cost is an initial $600 for the first 20 hours plus a ‘World Explorer’ subscription to ancestry.com. You either scan and send me copies of the historical documents you have on hand, or, if all you have is a name, and a date or two, I begin my research for you. The goal is to help you get from where you are now to something tangible which your family will treasure for generations to come!
Step II
You will now have a basic outline. We will have uncovered those people who are more difficult to trace and find documentation on. You may wish to have a DNA test, or invite other relatives into the conversation. After a reconnoiter, I will dig as deep as you wish. Who knows whom you might find you are related to!
Step III
Our services now offer you an array of choices:
A hand-made, framed family tree. You will choose from several patterns. See the videos on this page for examples of some of them.
A photo album that assimilates your existing photographs in a photo album with family tree details. This will be done with your choices of color, layout, and artistic license. It can also include aspects of the genealogy which we have worked on together, with images not only of the people, but maps, history, and residences.
As you can see in the video which follows, having these two tools can assist not only in keeping your family ancestory alive for the next generations, but also helping older people who are struggling with dementia to remember the details of their lives which were meaningful and happy.

More options that we offer include:
A story book for children or biography for adults in your family which highlights the ancestor of your choice. This book will be choreographed specifically for your family, and be a unique, one-of-a-kind treasury. See the book “Anna” in our library for an example of what is available.
If you live within twenty miles of Jacksonville, FL, we offer a generationally catered meal, with five courses including food from the cultures and eras of your family line. $80 per person; to serve eight people minimum. We are also willing to fly and offer you this service, but costs of travel and lodging would need to be provided.
Our most exclusive offer is a guided tour to destinations your family hails from. This would include travel there and on the ground, as well as lodging and tours once on site. Starting at $3K per person for interstate and 6K per person for international travel. Travel incorporates the experience of culture and cuisine from the region. Immunizations and passports not included, but assistance and guidelines will be available.
